Primary Job Location
Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria. May be required to travel within and outside Nigeria, as needed.

The Head of Consulting, Alder Consulting


Roles and Responsibilities


Development and delivery of high-level presentations
Company representation at client meetings
Coordination of client projects [including the various inputs (human and other) for those projects]
Management of turnkey Alder projects & start-ups. In particular, will serve as de facto job lead for Governance 500 & Enterprise 500 (See details of tasks in appendix)
Facilitation of in-house brainstorms
Facilitation of client strategy sessions
Development of branding & marketing strategies and implementation plans
Scripting & editing of policy papers, reports and marketing communication material
Qualifications


A bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Ability to manage multiple competing tasks
Initiative, self-motivation and drive
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Willingness and ability to work long hours and on weekends, as needed
Willingness to travel, as needed
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word, including proficiency in manipulating audio, video and pictures in PowerPoint
Knowledge of CorelDraw
Significant job specific knowledge & proficiency
