Job Summary
Researching and collating information and materials for Alder projects and activities;
Coordinating and managing document storage in a department (Electronic and paper based);
Providing administrative support to consultants in a department;
Developing project/client proposals and presentations
Reports To
The Head of the Consulting Unit, Alder Consulting
Roles and Responsibilities
Researching content/materials for papers and projects;
Collating and writing appropriate content/news for websites;
Developing newsletters, papers and editorials;
Filing & archiving of official documents;
Researching, developing and writing proposals and presentations
General research and information gathering
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Ability to manage multiple competing tasks
Initiative, self-motivation and drive
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent administrative skills
Attention to detail
Thirst for knowledge and knowledge of current/contemporary affairs
Willingness and ability to work long hours
Trustworthiness & discretion
